• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction • Support clients with personal care • Prompt and support medication • Prepare meals • Support clients with daily routines • Perform light housekeeping • Support clients in attending appointments and social activities • Help clients maintain independence and quality of life • Deliver personalised, relationship-led home care to older adults in their own homes

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in the care sector • Caring, compassionate and reliable • Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care • Able to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings and weekends • Legally able to work in the UK • Already living locally within Loughborough, Leicester or Leicestershire • Driver with access to a reliable vehicle • Suitable candidates must already be in the UK and locally based in the Leicestershire area for sponsorship transfer • Sponsorship transfer only; overseas applicants are not eligible
