• Take full ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of assigned IRT projects from initiation through closeout • Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet agreed quality standards • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, Clinical teams, and internal stakeholders • Act as the primary contact, providing proactive communication and expert project guidance • Work independently to high levels of utilization while effectively managing multiple projects and competing priorities • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact • Monitor project financials, including revenue, forecasting, change orders and profitability • Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, company SOPs, and quality management processes • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and tools • Provide accurate project status reporting to clients and internal leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline • Demonstrated experience managing Interactive Response Technology (IRT) or similar systems, projects within the clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements governing IRT systems • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, matrix teams and successfully manage multiple concurrent projects • Excellent project planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards • Demonstrated expertise in risk management, issue resolution, change control, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced, client-focused environment • Strong commitment to quality, compliance, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional customer experience • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
