📋 Description

• Coordinate pricing and investigator payments delivery • Resolve payment-related issues • Develop team capability • Provide functional oversight of Site Payment Analysts in the assigned region • Act as the primary escalation point for payment-related inquiries from study team members and regional SPAs • Oversee training for new and incoming regional SPAs • Work with the Global Site Payment Manager on resourcing and assignments • Provide regional insight on budget templates, Payment Exhibits in CTAs, and Subject Visit configuration from EDC reports • Ensure consistency in regional Site Configuration in the vendor payment system • Ensure global alignment of Site Payment processes and approaches • Oversee regional SPA compliance to ensure payments are approved on time • Lead regional SPA team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field • Experience in financial operations, preferably in clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry • Solid pricing and investigator payments experience • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
