📋 Description

• Identify and qualify high-potential leads through outbound prospecting • Conduct virtual demonstrations and sales calls for card processing solutions • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing • Onboard clients onto card payment systems • Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records of interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline movements • Collaborate with internal trainers on product knowledge and industry trends • Analyze market feedback to improve messaging and conversion rates • Identify new niches and industries for card reader placement • Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms • Achieve monthly sales quotas • Maintain a high lead-to-close ratio through qualification and follow-up • Ensure CRM data integrity and high client satisfaction during the initial 30-day onboarding phase

🎯 Requirements

• Proven mid-level sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual targets • Authorized to work in the United Kingdom (mandatory requirement) • Strong virtual communication skills, including professional phone manner, video conferencing etiquette, and clear email writing • Demonstrated ability in outbound prospecting and independently managing a high-volume sales pipeline • High self-motivation and discipline for a 100% commission-based remote role • Basic technical literacy, including CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital research platforms • Ability to explain complex services clearly to diverse audiences and adapt messaging • Prior card processing or FinTech sales experience (nice to have) • Startup or small-team experience (nice to have) • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field (nice to have)
