📋 Description

• Develop back-end web applications • Design and implement core business logic, high-performance servers, and databases • Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and optimized across multiple platforms • Design and develop APIs for communication between systems • Collaborate with developers to create scalable software solutions • Lead key projects from concept to completion • Maintain code quality, fix bugs, and enhance functionality • Analyze data, processes, and code to identify improvements and troubleshoot issues • Create and maintain technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in IT • Minimum 9 years of professional experience in development • Expertise in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, Java EE, and Hibernate • Experience with Oracle Service Bus, Oracle DB, and RDBMS database technology • Understanding of OpenID Connect, SSO, and integration techniques • Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud development • Expertise in Kafka, ActiveMQ, JMS, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs • Experience with tools such as Secunda and IOP IAM • Advanced knowledge of Procurement and Grant Management business domains • Understanding of Oracle WebLogic Server, Apache, SSL/TLS, and reverse proxy configuration • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Bamboo, and Docker • Knowledge of Git • Fluent in English • French proficiency is an advantage • Familiarity with blockchain technologies is a plus • Experience with NoSQL databases, Angular, TypeScript, and front-end technologies is a plus
