📋 Description

• Provide daily leadership of the People Services L&D team • Maintain delivery service and progress key priorities with the wider L&D COE and People Services • Plan workloads, resources, skills, and team capacity • Forecast and plan with stakeholders to support resourcing and delivery of the L&D plan • Lead and oversee L&D projects aligned with People Services and COE strategy and business transformation initiatives • Partner with People Services, L&D COE colleagues, and other stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives • Coach team members to uphold quality, consistency, and capability • Act as escalation point for complex team issues and ensure resolution and knowledge transfer • Drive continuous improvement in L&D processes, technology, automation, and digital efficiency • Lead enhancements to L&D systems, processes, and procedures • Oversee effective use of LMS and Workday, including data accuracy, reporting, adoption, and issue resolution • Oversee system functionality reviews, process optimization, and scalable workflows • Support ongoing LMS strategy, including changes, enhancements, and system design priorities • Support learning evaluation and training catalogue reviews • Provide governance and reporting for Group/COE initiatives, compliance, and enterprise-wide programmes • Oversee the ServiceNow queue and workflow, process documentation, training guides, self-service, and knowledge sharing • Report to the HR Shared Service Centre Lead - EMEA

🎯 Requirements

• Background in Learning & Development, HR, or Shared Services • Prior experience of team or people management in a complex global organisation • Experience working within an L&D Matrix / Shared Services model • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a remote team while managing workload and competing priorities • Experience leading L&D projects and working effectively with COE and cross-functional stakeholders • Planning, prioritization, and service delivery skills • 5+ years of experience improving operational efficiency and good governance in a complex environment • Experience with LMS and HR systems such as Workday • Ability to oversee system enhancements and resolve issues through appropriate SMEs • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Confidence working at all levels of the organization • Ability to use data and reporting to monitor performance, participation, outcomes, and service delivery • Solid project management skills • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach • English-language posting; no explicit language requirement stated
