📋 Description

• Own the vision, product strategy and roadmap for the product portfolio across physical, digital and blended learning experiences • Steer product investment and prioritisation choices across a diverse product landscape • Identify opportunities to innovate, scale, simplify or retire products • Drive measurable improvements in customer, learner and commercial outcomes • Partner with Product, Technology, Learning and Design teams to bring innovative ideas to market • Use insight, data and evidence to inform product choices and portfolio direction • Coach and develop Product Managers while contributing to product leadership across the organisation • Influence senior stakeholders and help shape wider business product strategy • Explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance product experiences and business value • Establish standards, frameworks, governance and operating rhythms that enable high-performing product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced product leader/product evangelist with experience shaping product strategy, influencing investment outcomes and leading teams, portfolios or product functions in complex organisations • Experience managing complex product portfolios or multiple interconnected products • Track record of creating and executing product strategies linked to measurable business outcomes • Strong commercial acumen and experience making investment and prioritisation choices • Experience managing and developing high-performing product teams • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across complex organisations • Strong technology fluency and understanding of modern product development approaches • Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery • Evidence-led approach to decision making • Experience within SaaS, HR Technology, Learning Technology, Professional Services, Digital Products or Product Transformation environments would be particularly valuable, although not essential
