• Your territory is five counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura. • Identify and pursue the accounts worth your time. You decide who. • Show up where the industry shows up. Attend IFMA, BOMA, IREM, and target industry events to develop the relationships that turn into business over time. • Take in-person meetings routed by our outbound and inside sales teams when a prospect needs face-to-face contact. • Partner with 20 to 25 of our top existing accounts to deepen the relationships. • Represent iNX as the face of the company in this market.
• B2B sales or business development experience in facility services, commercial services, or another field-based environment where trust drives the business. • A real network in Greater LA, or the credibility and drive to build one. • Active or aspiring involvement in IFMA, BOMA, IREM, or similar organizations. • Self-direction. This is a remote, field-first role with a large territory. You own your week.
