• Define and deliver the regional vision for Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Generalist services across EMEA • Build data-driven risk mitigation strategies • Lead a dedicated regional team of professionals in a matrixed environment • Serve as a strategic partner to HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders • Architect and execute the EMEA-wide labor relations strategy • Oversee complex collective bargaining • Manage relationships with Works Councils and unions • Optimize a hybrid HR generalist model • Drive transformational change aligned with global business goals • Build and implement regional tracking systems
• Extensive experience in regional employment laws • Complex Employee Relations investigations • Managing multi-country union or Works Council relationships across EMEA • Strong knowledge of modern Human Resources technology solutions • Data analytics strategies • Hybrid internal/outsourced service delivery models • Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop regional teams • Successfully influence senior stakeholders • Success in leading organizational transformations • A valid Human Resources certification, such as CIPD or SHRM-CP/SCP
