📋 Description

• Provide essential operational and administrative support across the UK People function. • Manage high-volume employee lifecycle processes, HR system updates, recruitment administration, absence administration and employee queries. • Work closely with the People Team, Payroll, Customer Service, hiring managers and operational stakeholders to ensure employee data, documentation and HR processes are completed accurately and on time. • Handle confidential employee information in a fast-paced environment. • Key support role within the People Team.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR administration or similar administrative role. • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling employee data. • Confidence using HR systems, spreadsheets, shared inboxes and document management processes. • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A people-first mindset and a professional approach to employee and manager queries. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. • Confidence following processes and escalating issues where required. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets, documents and email. • A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider People Team. • Basic understanding of UK HR administration processes. • Experience using BambooHR or similar systems would be desirable.
