• Be the daily main point of contact for the client, managing ongoing communications and ensuring smooth collaboration. • Receive, prioritise and manage a high volume of incoming creative briefs. • Coordinate delivery across internal teams, including Integrated Producers, Customer Success Managers and the Production and Design teams. • Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are consistently met. • Obtain necessary budget approvals, keeping track of spend and flagging when there is any over/underspend or variance. • Identify and implement opportunities to improve ways of working with the client and enhance operational efficiency. • Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in the future by developing a strong understanding of the client’s needs and priorities.
• At least 3 years’ experience in client management, account management, or project management within a creative agency environment. • Strong understanding of the creative and production process, with the ability to interpret creative briefs and communicate effectively with studio and production teams. • High attention to detail and a methodical approach, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of delivery. • Curiosity about digital trends, AI, and the evolving media landscape. • Passion for getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business. • You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills, and when faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.
