• Build a world class understanding of the car finance market • Develop relationships with car dealerships and credit brokers that have access to migrants seeking car finance, and sign them up with Marshmallow • Manage those relationships to drive further volume • Work with engineers, product designers and data scientists to ensure that our customer experience is meeting the needs of the dealers and brokers we work with • Build a framework to measure the success of our partnerships • Grow and manage a world class sales team as the business scales, developing a playbook that can be trained out to others • Work with the Car Finance General Manager to develop the broader go to market strategy for the business
• 4+ years experience in a B2B sales role. It’s a bonus if you have experience in dealer sales, automotive finance sales, but it’s not required. • A track record of outstanding achievement in a front-line sales, GTM, or partnerships role • Experience building and developing go to market and sales strategies.
