• Drive new business growth in the commercial sector • Work from a prospect list and generating your own leads and opportunities, applying an entrepreneurial approach • Leverage memberships with key organisations to network and build relationships • Present tailored insurance and risk management solutions to secure new business • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients virtually or in person • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
• Proven experience in Commercial insurance sales and client management • Excellent communication and networking skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively • Cert CII qualification (or working towards it) – desirable • Experience with Acturis – desirable
