📋 Description

• Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across diverse client sites • Diagnose and resolve roofing, door hardware, lock, and window issues • Execute carpentry, painting, plastering, floor and ceiling tiling, and minor plumbing tasks • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and contractual SLAs • Track and report work accurately using mobile devices and CAFM systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial building fabric maintenance • Recognized trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds) in electrical, gas, carpentry, painting, or a related field is highly advantageous • Strong multi-trade background, such as electrical, plumbing, or gas • Excellent communication skills • Basic PC/tablet literacy • Full UK Driving Licence for mobile roles
