📋 Description

• Design, produce, test, and implement working software across the system lifecycle • Deliver modern software development toolchains for engineers across the bank • Liaise with principal engineers, domain architects, and key stakeholders to understand platform operation and business objectives • Apply Agile methods to software development backlog items • Produce resilient, long-lived software and adapt to future needs • Deliver intentional architecture and formulate emergent design through innovation, experimentation, and prototyping • Design and develop software focused on automating build, test, and deployment activities using executable patterns • Perform complex requirements analysis, capture, and validation against business and systems requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full stack experience in software design and implementation • Ability to use programming languages to solve complex problems • Capability in complex requirements analysis, capture, and validation against business and systems requirements • Background in software development, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or platform engineering teams in a matrix structure • Experience introducing and executing technical strategies • Significant and demonstrable experience with test-driven development, automated test frameworks, monitoring, observability, and automation practices • Experience designing or implementing APIs and highly available, resilient services • Ability to translate product, business, operational, and reliability requirements into technical solutions • Experience with code repositories, bug tracking tools, wikis, and observability platforms
