📋 Description

• Sales position in HVACR (air conditioning / refrigeration, heat pump solutions) for new installation business • Implement Johnson Controls' sales strategy • Acquire new customers and independently manage existing customer relationships • Manage relationships with engineering firms, system builders, and end customers • Handle customer inquiries including planning support and preparation of budgetary quotes • Conduct contract and price negotiations for heating/cooling solutions • Prepare and participate in trade fairs and represent the company at customer events

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training or a technical degree (vocational or university) in refrigeration technology, building services/energy supply engineering, process engineering, or mechanical engineering • Ideally strong product and application knowledge in refrigeration, HVAC (air conditioning/ventilation), and heat pump technology • Several years of experience and proven success in working with engineering firms, system builders, and end customers • Strategic thinking, independent working style, goal orientation, assertiveness, and strong negotiation skills • Proficient with PC applications, planning and quotation tools • Good written and spoken English
