• Play a pivotal role in building and nurturing the candidate network • Proactively source high‑quality business support candidates (EA, PA and senior support roles) • Conduct screening and registration interviews • Build long‑term, trusted relationships with candidates • Shape and manage talent pools for repeat and retained searches • Deliver an outstanding, thoughtful candidate experience at every stage
🎯 Requirements
• Recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment and/or recruiting business support roles • A PA / EA background, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, now keen to move into a people‑focused, commercially rewarding career • Thrive in a high‑pace, high‑standards environment • Care deeply about people, detail and delivery • Naturally relationship‑oriented and commercially curious • Enjoy being part of a collaborative, high‑performing team
