📋 Description
• Take end-to-end ownership of people operations in a fully remote law firm • Run day-to-day people operations and build them into scalable systems • Handle sensitive one-to-one conversations with care • Own new-starter onboarding flows end to end • Be the first point of contact for managers and handle absence and leave administration • Own HR system and configure workflows • Draft and track routine employee paperwork • Identify things to automate and support managers through light-touch training
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools to build and improve operational processes • Ability to run sensitive conversations with empathy • Sound judgment on sensitive and confidential issues • Basic understanding of employment law is ideal but not essential • Experience in a people team or high-growth environment is ideal but not essential
