📋 Description

• Support concurrent product launches from Strategic Planning to Development/Execution and through Early Innovation, Early Adoption and Growth. • Engage with customers on Early Innovator projects, capture product feedback, and ensure feedback is provided to Product Management and Engineering. • Own solution design, including refining process flows, creating user stories and test scripts, and defining overall data flow. • Lead consultants on programs to ensure the product meets customer business needs. • Engage stakeholders to ensure Professional Services and partners are ready to deploy the product through its lifecycle. • Provide input and feedback to Training and Enablement for Sales and Deployment enablement. • Own outcomes and customer expectations for Early Innovators during the pre-launch phase. • Drive early innovator deliveries and proof-of-value deliveries through the growth phase. • Deliver explainable, supportable, and scalable product capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree industry related. • 7-10 years of related experience in supply chain management software industry. • At least 5 years of experience in High-Tech supply chain or a related field. • Adept at influencing without direct authority. • Subject matter expert in supply chain concepts and best practices coupled with in-depth experience with supply chain solutions and applications such as Maestro, Oracle or Blue Yonder. • Ability to lead and coach a team of seasoned professionals and multiple stakeholders through complex projects. • Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration and system deployment for supply chain software implementations. • Excellent facilitation skills and ability to manage customer and stakeholder interaction. • Skilled in building new products and solutions. • Experience supporting rapid innovation during delivery of new BBP products to early adopters during pre-launch and launch phases. • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). • Product Program Management experience from concept to commercialization. • Expertise in aligning key KPIs and reporting on progress against milestones.
