📋 Description

• Direct files from initial instruction through final conclusion • Maintain adherence to internal quality benchmarks and risk management protocols • Provide timely, accessible legal counsel to drivers • Translate complex legal terminology into clear, supportive guidance • Produce pleadings, witness statements, letters of claim, and hearing bundles • Build compelling legal arguments for litigation • Negotiate driver recoveries and settlements • Brief and collaborate with counsel when hearings arise • Use case-management systems to track deadlines and manage tasks • Safeguard SRA compliance across every file • Share knowledge across the team • Participate in ongoing professional development • Take on mentoring opportunities as the practice expands • Report to the Practice Manager within a team of six

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a current practising certificate in England and Wales • Approximately 1 year PQE • Claimant experience covering personal injury, credit hire, or recovery in motor claims • Working command of the Civil Procedure Rules, pre-action protocols, and court processes • Proven ability to manage a high-volume claimant caseload while meeting strict legal deadlines • Strong personal organisation and attention to critical details • Active listening and composed negotiation skills • Ability to de-escalate difficult discussions and build trusted relationships • Practical commercial and risk awareness • Ability to identify potential risks early and escalate them appropriately • Proclaim proficiency is desirable • Familiarity with Alternative Business Structures is desirable • Right to work in the UK; the employer cannot supply visas
