📋 Description

• Leadership role across inside and field sales in the market segments of theatre, architainment, TV & film trade • Independently responsible for revenue, margin and growth targets • Managing sales activities in alignment with company strategy • Preparing market analyses, forecasts and reports • Providing technically sound, customer-focused advice and account support • Presenting products at customer meetings, trade shows, roadshows and events • Identifying opportunities to optimize sales processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training (e.g., as an event technology specialist) or an equivalent qualification • Relevant professional experience in the theatre market, TV & film, or architainment • Sales and project experience — ideally with prior leadership responsibility • Willingness to travel frequently • Strong communication skills and leadership ability • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style • Positive attitude with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for the product portfolio
