📋 Description

• As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be based from home and manage your own territory, supporting customers across Leicestershire and Warwickshire. • No two days are the same. One day you could be carrying out planned maintenance on a customer's fleet. The next you could be diagnosing an electrical fault, carrying out a breakdown repair or installing new equipment. • Your responsibilities will include: • · Planned servicing and maintenance • · Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults • · Carrying out repairs and breakdown work • · Completing service documentation electronically • · Installing and commissioning equipment • · Building strong relationships with customers • · Maintaining high standards of safety • · Managing your own workload effectively • You'll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems and deliver excellent service, whilst having the support of an experienced engineering and technical team behind you.

🎯 Requirements

• **What We're Looking For** • **Essential** • · Mechanical engineering experience • · Basic electrical fault-finding skills • · Full UK driving licence • · Experience maintaining or repairing machinery, vehicles or equipment • · Strong problem-solving ability • · Ability to work independently • · Good customer service skills • **We'd Particularly Like to Hear From Engineers With Experience In:** • · Forklift trucks • · Plant equipment • · Agricultural machinery • · Construction equipment • · HGV, LGV or PSV vehicles • · Automotive engineering • · REME or Armed Forces engineering backgrounds • · Roadside recovery • Previous field service experience is beneficial but not essential. • What matters most is your attitude, technical ability and willingness to learn. Full product training will be provided.
