📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated People Partner for G&A and GTM functions, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Own the full HRBP relationship with leaders and teams across a distributed, remote-first workforce • Lead and support priorities across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development • Partner with Finance to model compensation cycle budgets using headcount and market data • Manage EOR engagements, primarily Oyster, across the full employment cycle and European compliance requirements • Lead complex employee relations cases autonomously, engaging EOR partners and external legal advisors when needed • Drive organizational design, including job architecture, job description development, level changes, and promotion cases • Partner with the Senior HRBP for Product & Engineering and People Ops on company-wide people initiatives • Provide data-backed recommendations and a business-first perspective in HRBP discussions • Improve and innovate People processes and practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• Business-first, human-forward approach • 5+ years of progressive HR experience • At least 1 year in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role • Experience working with a fully remote or distributed team • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills • Ability to build effective relationships in a remote work environment • Expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design • Proactivity in leveraging AI to increase impact • Strong business acumen • Ability to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives • Must reside in and have the legal right to work in the UK, Spain, or Latvia • Must be available for a 12-month parental leave cover • Not engaged on a B2B or contractor basis
