📋 Description

• Partner with the CTO and leadership team across Engineering, Data, Analytics, IT and Security • Align people strategy with roadmap execution and organisational evolution • Own people partnering across the full Technology and Product organisation • Lead workforce planning, levelling, org design and team transformation • Coach, develop and direct a Senior People Partner • Use people analytics to inform decisions on capability, attrition and cost • Drive performance, engagement and team effectiveness in distributed, asynchronous, multi-country teams • Own senior and sensitive employee relations cases • Report to the People Director • Shape the people strategy supporting M-KOPA's financial inclusion mission

🎯 Requirements

• Senior HR experience partnering with engineering organisations in a scaling technology or fintech business • Experience leading or formally coaching HR business partners • Proven org design depth, including levelling, spans and layers, and function redesign • Strategic and operational range • Experience supporting cross-cultural teams across multiple regions • Strong business acumen • Comfortable operating with autonomy at C-level • Employee relations judgement across more than one jurisdiction • UK/Europe employment law exposure is useful but not essential • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks, including criminal records, identification verification, academic qualifications, employment dates and employer references
