📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across the Group, from onboarding through to offboarding • Drive consistency and standardisation across multiple businesses and geographies • Ensure controls, governance and compliance across People transactions • Own the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the HR technology landscape • Lead optimisation and development of HCM and HR systems • Partner with Technology teams and external vendors to deliver integrations, enhancements and improved user experiences • Champion adoption of new People technologies • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency • Implement AI-enabled solutions, self-service tools and intelligent workflows • Drive innovation while maintaining data governance and compliance standards • Measure and communicate automation impact through business and employee outcomes • Ensure People data quality, integrity and governance • Lead audit readiness and regulatory compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions • Develop service dashboards and operational insights supporting business decisions • Lead operational delivery of People transformation programmes, integrations and organisational change initiatives • Simplify and standardise processes across brands and locations • Advise on operational design, service delivery and future People operating models

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience within People Operations, HR Shared Services or HR Operations • Experience operating across both UK and international markets • Track record of leading geographically dispersed teams • Strong experience delivering HR transformation programmes • Expertise in employee lifecycle management, governance and service delivery • Experience implementing and optimising HRIS/HCM platforms • Proven success improving processes, driving efficiency and introducing automation • Hands-on experience leveraging AI, workflow tools or technology-enabled improvements within HR operations • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engaging with Executive and Senior Leadership teams • Excellent leadership, coaching and team development capabilities • Must be based in the UK or Ireland • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
