• Supporting the execution of client projects in an account, ensuring a high-quality delivery that exceeds client expectations • Supporting with client communications and financial management of assigned project(s) • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget • Partnering with Medical Writing team and other in-house expertise • Building strong working relationships with our clients • Contributing to proposals for clients and articulating Lucid's strategy • Attending appropriate client engagements to build confidence in Lucid's services • Ensuring all projects deadlines are met and maintaining clear details and requirements
• Experience in a fast-paced environment • Analytical and proactive mindset • Experience in meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects • Experience within the medcomms/healthcare industry • Experience working on innovative strategic programs for clients • Life Science degree • Experience in building strong client relationships • Experience within an account management role • Experience problem solving and providing solutions
