• Identify, target, and develop high-value new business opportunities within your assigned territory • Generate pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and industry events • Own and drive the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, solution positioning, product demonstrations, commercial negotiation, and close • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers, navigating complex buying groups • Partner closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to structure and win competitive, multi-stakeholder deals • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene to ensure predictable revenue performance
• 5- 10 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong new business focus • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets • Skilled at independent prospecting and pipeline development • Experience selling to enterprise clients; knowledge of financial services or other regulated industries highly desirable • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills • Highly structured, self-motivated, and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
