📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and headhunting through offer acceptance • Find and recruit niche, highly skilled passive candidates • Build talent pipelines ahead of hiring needs • Shape hiring priorities, budgets, and workforce planning with leadership • Build an ATS and hiring process with responses to candidates within 12 hours • Set and maintain a high-quality candidate experience • Deliver reporting and insights to keep leadership aligned and manage hiring risk • Build AI-powered systems and automations with Claude • Lead core UK people initiatives as the UK People Partner • Work closely with the Head of People & Culture in Australia

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of owning full-cycle recruitment and closing roles end to end, in-house, agency, or both • Proven success headhunting hard-to-find talent, particularly passive candidates • Deep network across tech start-ups and SaaS • Judgement to maintain a high quality bar while moving fast • Rigour in maintaining process and detail under pressure • Track record of partnering with senior leaders as a trusted advisor • Right to work in the UK on an ongoing basis without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future • Nice to have: experience recruiting inside a hyper-growth startup • Nice to have: experience hiring for technical, product, or health-tech roles • Nice to have: experience building or rebuilding an ATS and recruitment reporting from scratch • Nice to have: network across Australian, UK, or Asian tech markets
