📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product • Act as the team expert in EMEA HR Partner Experience • Develop deep knowledge of Zapier’s market context, business strategy, and client-group responsibilities • Advise leaders on organizational design, performance standards, talent reviews, and change-management communications • Provide timely, thoughtful support on complex people challenges • Drive PBP-led people processes, including performance-review and promotion cycles and engagement surveys • Partner with Centers of Excellence to design and roll out relevant people initiatives • Partner with the PBP-ER team on EMEA employee performance cases and investigations • Use and share AI tooling practices to improve day-to-day work and team scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or PBP • Experience supporting varied client groups; GTM experience is an asset • Experience advising and coaching leaders on performance management, employee relations, and exits across multiple EMEA jurisdictions • Experience working collaboratively with employee relations partners and internal legal counsel • Ability to work autonomously in a global, fully remote, distributed environment • Ability to flex across timezones when required • Experience using AI for personal productivity, insight, and analysis • Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and change management • Candidates in the United Kingdom or Ireland preferred; open to USA candidates in EST only with EMEA employment experience • Must be authorized to work from the home location; Zapier does not sponsor visas or transfers
