• Provide telephone-based consultation and support to physicians regarding the memodio app • Build trust and long-term customer relationships • Communicate the medical and preventive benefits of the application • Independently manage and follow up on leads in the CRM system • Document all relevant customer conversations and activities • Identify opportunities for improvement across the customer journey • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and the Product team
• Experience in telephone sales, telesales, or outbound sales • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness on the phone • Structured and independent working style • High motivation, resilience, and a strong closing orientation • Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools • Excellent German language skills at C2 level
