📋 Description

• Build ad-hoc LLM-powered tools for document processing, data extraction, classification, reporting, and internal chat interfaces • Integrate internal systems through APIs and MCP connectors, including Jira, Confluence, Slack, BambooHR, CRM, and databases • Develop prototypes into solutions usable by non-technical teams and hand them off to support • Investigate and understand existing business processes before automating them • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Support to identify problems and deliver practical automation • Take ownership of solutions from idea through adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering background: Python (or TypeScript), APIs, SQL, git, deploying without hand-holding • Hands-on production experience with LLMs, including prompting, structured output, RAG, tool calling, model error handling, and quality evaluation • Daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar as a default working mode • Fully autonomous: able to define the problem, choose the stack, and take it through to the end user • Experience in fintech or payments, with understanding of compliance constraints and handling sensitive data (nice to have) • Experience with rollout, user training, feedback gathering, and impact measurement (nice to have)
