• Minimum- BSc in Biology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences or higher education; Molecular Biology or equivalent advantageous. • Fluent in 2+ main European languages to include English + French or Spanish as a minimum. • 12+ months experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, database software and internet research. • CRM experience (MAPICS, Powerlink, MasterCONTROL) preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Proven consultative sales and customer service abilities, with a process- and results-oriented mindset. • Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative, with a keen focus on continuous learning. • Effective team player with strong collaboration and communication skills. • High integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
