📋 Description

• You shape the strategic development and implementation of the product roadmap in the Anesthesia & OR area together with internal and external partners • You are responsible for the professional development of the product across the entire product lifecycle • You analyze complex requirements from daily clinical practice, translate them into tailored solutions, and develop user-centered, practice-oriented, and regulatory-compliant product solutions for users in the OR and anesthesia areas • You prioritize features based on clinical benefit, regulatory risk, and business value • You maintain product backlogs in close collaboration with development

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in the hospital IT environment or with medical/digital solutions for the OR and anesthesia • Strong understanding of the hospital environment, especially clinical processes in the OR and anesthesia • Solid understanding of clinical workflows, digital solutions, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MDR, hospital quality management requirements) • Ability to analyze complex technical requirements in a structured way and translate them into clear, user-oriented product concepts • Independent, structured working style and strong communication skills when collaborating with medical experts and interdisciplinary teams
