📋 Description

• You shape the strategic development and implementation of the MC³ Oncology product roadmap in collaboration with internal and external partners • You are responsible for the professional development of the product across the entire product lifecycle • You analyze complex requirements from daily clinical practice, translate them into tailored solutions, and develop user-centered, practical, and regulatory-compliant product solutions for hospital pharmacies, with a focus on the oncology setting • You prioritize features based on clinical benefit, regulatory risk, and business value • You maintain product backlogs in close cooperation with development

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of proven experience in product management, ideally in hospital IT, medical software, or pharmaceutical software • Excellent knowledge of the hospital environment, particularly oncology, chemotherapy, and aseptic preparation • Confident understanding of clinical workflows, digital solutions, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AMWHV, GMP, MDR) • Ability to analyze complex subject-matter requirements in a structured way and translate them into clear, user-oriented product concepts • Independent, structured work style and strong communication skills when engaging with medical-pharmaceutical experts and interdisciplinary teams • Ideally, practical experience with the MEONA medication product
