📋 Description

• You actively shape the overall technical architecture and develop modern microservice and cloud architectures together with development, the architecture team, and product owners • You take responsibility for technical product requirements when migrating existing solutions to a cloud-based platform • You design and further develop integration strategies for internal systems as well as external interfaces (e.g., HL7, FHIR, REST APIs) • You drive the advancement of the technical base architecture and associated tools while keeping lifecycle, security, and regulatory requirements in mind • You translate technical requirements into clear, prioritized roadmap items aligned with the overall strategy • You advise customers and specify requirements during tendering and implementation phases • You organize and facilitate internal and external workshops and represent the company at trade shows

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical product management or in a liaison role between product, development, and architecture • Excellent knowledge of healthcare system integration (HL7, FHIR, IHE) • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), microservice architectures, and modern web technologies • Ability to translate and prioritize functional and regulatory requirements into actionable technical product requirements together with stakeholders • Solid expertise in scalable, highly available database design and in integrating analytics solutions • Experience supporting migration projects in an enterprise environment, ideally towards cloud-native architectures • Basic understanding of security, data protection (privacy), and quality requirements in complex, distributed system landscapes • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and very good German and English language skills • Willingness to travel approximately 15%
