📋 Description

• Active identification and proactive outreach to potential new customers (outbound sales) in a strategic B2B environment, focusing on target groups such as large property owners, real estate funds, facility management providers and relevant planning/engineering firms • Committed support in implementing the sales strategy and active contribution to market development in coordination with sales management • Use of sales and marketing tools for lead qualification and tracking • Preparation of proposals and support during negotiation processes • Support for the ongoing management of existing customers and key accounts, and targeted maintenance of customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction • Conducting research and analysis on market conditions, competitors and trends to prepare the sales strategy on a solid basis • Willingness to travel actively within Germany and neighboring countries to attend customer meetings, trade fairs and to represent the company

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed a technical or commercial vocational training or a university degree (ideally with a focus on engineering or energy) • You have initial experience in sales or active customer support, ideally with technically complex B2B products (e.g., building automation, energy management) • You have a good basic technical understanding and are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with complex digital value chains • You demonstrate strong initiative in acquisition and pursue leads in a structured and thorough manner — your focus is on systematically tapping market potential and closing deals • You have very good German skills and good English skills to operate confidently in a diverse, including international, work environment • You present yourself professionally and with a customer-oriented approach, are a team player and have the necessary empathy to build long-term customer relationships
