📋 Description

• As Project Manager Operations, you are the central link between Sales and Operations. • You take responsibility for our tenant electricity projects and lead them together with our clients from planning through successful commissioning. • Independent project execution: You advise our clients on the economic and technical implementation and ensure that each project runs smoothly — from planning to commissioning. • Varied responsibilities: You explain the economics of tenant electricity projects, advise on electricity tariffs and contracts, select metering concepts, and manage regulatory requirements. • Customer-focused work: You proactively support our clients and communicate regularly to ensure all stakeholders are satisfied and well informed. • Stakeholder management: You coordinate a network of clients, partners, grid operators and internal teams, keeping all strands together so everything runs smoothly. • Process and system optimization: With your ideas, you contribute to continuously improving our processes and ensuring smooth operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for the energy transition and an interest in economic and technical issues in the energy sector. • Project management experience ideally in the energy sector (e.g., PV systems, charging stations, etc.) or in the real estate industry. • Degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Renewable Energy or a related field. • Fluent German; good English skills are a plus. • Self-starter mentality and a "can-do" attitude: You take initiative, make decisions and follow through. • Team spirit and the ability to bring out the best in a team — you are inspired by others and inspire them in return.
