📋 Description

• Own sportsbook margin performance and optimisation initiatives • Diagnose structural leakage across cohorts, markets, and products • Define and prioritise a margin optimisation roadmap • Review pricing, limits, and stake factor frameworks • Assess and optimise promotional and generosity mechanics • Partner with Risk, Commercial, and Product teams to implement improvements • Establish performance reporting and governance frameworks • Manage and develop a Trading Quant • Define tooling and platform improvements with Engineering • Leverage AI and automation to improve workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in sportsbook trading or performance roles • Strong understanding of margin drivers and optimisation levers • Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial impact • Highly analytical with strong diagnostic capability • Strong commercial judgement balancing margin and growth • Comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders • Clear communicator translating data into action • High ownership mindset with bias for action
