📋 Description

• Establish initial contacts & initiate conversations • You contact people who have reached out to us or who are already in our network • You proactively engage them, bring them into a conversation and make the first step easy • You determine their current situation, goals and whether they are genuinely ready to make a change • You decide if and how the next step makes sense (e.g., follow-up conversation, consultation appointment) • Maintain follow-up & persistence • You ensure prospects don't fall through the cracks and hear from you again at the right time • Conduct consultation calls and close sales in scheduled calls • You answer open questions, handle objections seriously and guide them to a clear decision: cooperation — yes or no • When it's a fit, you finalize the cooperation with a binding agreement

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally have prior sales/customer-contact experience — e.g., in coaching, service, or agency environments — or be a motivated career-changer • Willing to work according to a clear process (setter/closer structure makes sense to you or you can learn it quickly) • Be disciplined, punctual, reliable and communicate clearly • Prefer structure and focus — not a different task every day • Want to work full-time and commit to the role long-term • Live in Germany or Austria and have a stable personal situation
