⢠Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis. ⢠Develop business plans aligned to assigned territory. ⢠Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners. ⢠Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages. ⢠Own all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, and closing process. ⢠Create territory and opportunity plans. ⢠Maintain customer relationships and pursue new sales opportunities.
⢠Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field preferred but not required. ⢠3+ years of experience in sales or account management. ⢠Experience in identity security or related technology. ⢠Strong understanding of value proposition and competitive positioning. ⢠Ability to make strategic decisions and handle complex sales cycles. ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ⢠Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
