• New client acquisition: You proactively identify potential corporate clients and conduct telephone prospecting. Your goal is to position ubiMaster’s services as a product offering or employee benefit with prospective corporate customers. • Learning: You use our existing sales processes with our banking clients as a starting point and optimize every step of the sales project so it performs even better with future customers. • Sales and proposal management: You present the ubiMaster solutions, including their benefits and features, tailored to the specific requirements of corporate clients. You provide comprehensive advice on our products and services and negotiate customized solutions aligned with individual client needs. • Market expert: You become a market expert and represent ubiMaster at conferences and trade shows. • Networking: You build a reputation within the industry and continuously manage your network in support of our company’s growth.
• Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Sales Management, Account Management • Initial experience as a B2B Sales Manager in a dynamic environment (2–3 years) • Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand customer needs, respond individually, and maintain customer relationships • With your empathetic approach you position ubiMaster with prospective corporate clients and proactively address their needs • Reliable and well-organized working style; you willingly take on responsibility • Teamplay is a given for you
