• Contribute to building the sales pipeline and driving our revenue growth • Continuously develop our customer portfolio through new customer acquisition • Take an innovative sales approach to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets • Develop a consultative solution-selling process for prospects • Present sales analyses in one-on-one and group management meetings • Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer acquisition process • Own the entire sales cycle for your leads and opportunities, including prospecting and targeting through all available channels, online demos, and contract negotiation • Serve as a key part of executing our growth strategy in the DACH region and across Europe • Proactively handle international inbound leads generated through our marketing channels
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with software/SaaS solutions • Proven experience selling software/SaaS solutions (preferred) • Familiarity with DACH customer needs demonstrated through curiosity, open-ended questioning, and active listening • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (strategic requirement) • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute constructively to an international team • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives • Strong interest in technology and digital services • Results-driven with a determination to meet personal sales targets
