• Build initial contacts & start conversations • You reach out to people who have contacted us or who are already in our network. • You proactively approach them, engage them in conversation and make it easy for them to get started. • You find out where they are, what they want and whether they are truly ready to make a change. • You decide if and how the next step makes sense (e.g., further conversation, consultation appointment). • Follow-up & persistence • You ensure that prospects don’t “fall through the cracks” and hear from you again at the right time. • You follow up with people who haven’t decided yet but are otherwise a good fit. • You keep an overview of your contacts, remind them of agreed next steps and consistently continue the conversations. • Your goal: Turn loose interest into a clear decision—step by step. • Consultation calls & closing • In scheduled calls you guide prospects through their situation in a structured way. • You present a clear plan for how they can reach their goal (15–25 kg weight loss, more energy, improved performance). • You answer open questions, take objections seriously and guide them to a clear decision: collaboration — yes or no. If it’s a fit, you close the agreement bindingly.
• Ideally you already have experience in sales / customer contact — e.g., in coaching, service or agency environments — or you are a motivated career changer • You are willing to work according to a clear process (the setter/closer structure makes sense to you or you can learn it quickly) • You are disciplined, punctual, reliable and communicate clearly • You are looking for structure and focus — not a different task every day • You want to work full-time and can commit to the role long-term • You live in Germany or Austria and have a stable personal situation
