📋 Description

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with a high degree of ownership and warmth • Resolve unique customer concerns, custom product inquiries, and fulfillment challenges promptly and professionally • Use the internal knowledge base to find answers and deliver elevated customer experiences • Manage multi-system workflows by cross-referencing order information, custom design files, inventory tools, and order adaptations • Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce or other CRM platforms while following data policies • Identify operational errors and platform friction points and share insights with Customer Service leadership • Maintain consistent service quality, availability, efficient time management, and proactive communication with leadership • Report to a Team Supervisor and support customers across a 7-day operating schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Experience working with high-end customers and fully owning and solving customer problems • Experience handling inbound contact volume and working with contact queues • Experience with design-related work and fulfillment, including photo printing and design files • Excellent written communication skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits • Cognitive stamina to context-switch between browser tabs and platforms without losing accuracy • Experience using omni-channel CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk • Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly • Comfort navigating CRM, order databases, artist design files, knowledge bases, and multiple web-based systems simultaneously • Ability to work a set schedule within operating hours, including weekends • Patience, empathy, resilience, and problem-solving ability for unscripted customer situations
