📋 Description

• Own financial strategy, statutory reporting and financial governance across the Group • Provide the Group Leader and BU Managing Directors with financial insight and control • Work on a dotted-line basis with the Portfolio CFO for the Eskenazi Portfolio • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range financial planning across all four businesses • Own the Group's Quarterly Strategic Review process, including sales pipeline and cost analysis, forecast development and improvement opportunities • Lead initiatives to improve ROIC, working capital and growth performance; advise on market and deal pricing • Own consolidated statutory reporting and Group-level financial performance reporting to Modaxo Finance • Oversee internal and statutory audits for all business units • Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements, IFRS 15 revenue recognition and project accounting • Maintain a consistent chart of accounts and reporting calendar • Establish and maintain the financial control framework • Identify, monitor and mitigate financial and commercial risk; review bid and contract terms • Approve and monitor capital expenditure and investment cases • Escalate material financial risk to relevant Group, Portfolio and Modaxo stakeholders • Line manage the Group Financial Controller and act as escalation point for finance judgement calls • Partner with BU Managing Directors and Finance Heads • Build finance capability and consistent ways of working across the Group • Support acquisition due diligence and lead financial integration of newly acquired businesses, including finance resource, systems, processes and KPI education

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced finance leader with a track record of owning financial control and reporting across multiple businesses or entities • Ideally experienced within a multi-entity or private equity-backed group structure spanning more than one country • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) • Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role spanning multiple business units or legal entities • Track record of managing statutory reporting, external audit and IFRS 15 revenue recognition across more than one jurisdiction • Experience building and leading a finance function, including direct line management of a Financial Controller • Strong working knowledge of financial control frameworks and risk management • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and holding a Group Leader and BU Managing Directors to account on financial matters • Desirable: experience in a software, technology or B2G/B2B services business • Desirable: experience integrating newly acquired businesses into a Group finance function • Desirable: experience working across Portugal, Italy, the UK and/or Israel
