âą Own financial strategy, statutory reporting and financial governance across the Group âą Provide the Group Leader and BU Managing Directors with financial insight and control âą Work on a dotted-line basis with the Portfolio CFO for the Eskenazi Portfolio âą Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range financial planning across all four businesses âą Own the Group's Quarterly Strategic Review process, including sales pipeline and cost analysis, forecast development and improvement opportunities âą Lead initiatives to improve ROIC, working capital and growth performance; advise on market and deal pricing âą Own consolidated statutory reporting and Group-level financial performance reporting to Modaxo Finance âą Oversee internal and statutory audits for all business units âą Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements, IFRS 15 revenue recognition and project accounting âą Maintain a consistent chart of accounts and reporting calendar âą Establish and maintain the financial control framework âą Identify, monitor and mitigate financial and commercial risk; review bid and contract terms âą Approve and monitor capital expenditure and investment cases âą Escalate material financial risk to relevant Group, Portfolio and Modaxo stakeholders âą Line manage the Group Financial Controller and act as escalation point for finance judgement calls âą Partner with BU Managing Directors and Finance Heads âą Build finance capability and consistent ways of working across the Group âą Support acquisition due diligence and lead financial integration of newly acquired businesses, including finance resource, systems, processes and KPI education
âą Experienced finance leader with a track record of owning financial control and reporting across multiple businesses or entities âą Ideally experienced within a multi-entity or private equity-backed group structure spanning more than one country âą Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) âą Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role spanning multiple business units or legal entities âą Track record of managing statutory reporting, external audit and IFRS 15 revenue recognition across more than one jurisdiction âą Experience building and leading a finance function, including direct line management of a Financial Controller âą Strong working knowledge of financial control frameworks and risk management âą Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and holding a Group Leader and BU Managing Directors to account on financial matters âą Desirable: experience in a software, technology or B2G/B2B services business âą Desirable: experience integrating newly acquired businesses into a Group finance function âą Desirable: experience working across Portugal, Italy, the UK and/or Israel
âą Regular travel to all four Modaxo business units is required
