• Active acquisition and management of small and medium-sized business clients with financing needs • Take on sales responsibility for your region • Build long-term client relationships — trust, discretion and continuity are central • Present tailored factoring solutions — with a keen sense for client needs and benefits • Close coordination with internal departments and continuous market monitoring • Develop your own sales strategies and market positioning
• Some experience in sales of financial or advisory services • Strong interest in financing topics, especially factoring • Completed commercial vocational training (preferably in banking) or a degree in business administration • Highly motivated to build your own network in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) — ideally supported by existing regional contacts • Strong communication skills, empathy and a confident presence at decision-maker level
