📋 Description

• Develop and communicate the strategic vision and product narrative for the registries product • Deliver ambitious product roadmaps to grow market share and enter public, private, and international markets • Conduct product, technology, market, and competitor research and maintain market-position collateral • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, balancing system health, delivery commitments, innovation, and value • Deliver value iteratively in small, frequently releasable increments and assess outcomes with customers and stakeholders • Build trusted customer and user relationships and represent their needs within the product team • Apply user-centred design and track end-to-end user, patient, and customer journeys • Organise and lead customer and user engagement and feedback sessions • Define and track product KPIs aligned with business-unit OKRs • Assess third-party solutions for value for money and strategic fit • Own, manage, and prioritise the product backlog • Own the demand funnel and requirements/user-story documentation, including acceptance criteria and ready/done standards • Ensure scalable, quality, interoperable solutions are delivered on time and coordinate releases and communications • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers • Maintain effective team RACI and improve delivery predictability, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Create and maintain product collateral for communications, sales, marketing, and implementation teams • Track and improve product-team ROI with finance and sales • Author compelling business cases for executive audiences • Enable sales through product expertise, collateral, training, and prospect-pitch support • Assess and manage third-party use, including cost and feature negotiations • Mentor and coach product managers and product owners and foster an inclusive, psychologically safe team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced product leader with exceptional leadership, communication, influence, presentation, time-management, and organisational skills • Proven SaaS Product Manager experience with demonstrable value delivered • Experience delivering AI/data products • Experience working with AI to improve efficiency and with AI-enabled development teams • Experience across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery • Healthcare-sector experience is advantageous • Familiarity with product-management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha! is advantageous • Experience scaling a product internationally is advantageous • User/customer-obsessed, self-starting, autonomous, adaptable, resilient, and strong at problem-solving and option creation • No particular qualifications are mandatory; degree level or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or technical disciplines are advantageous • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting and reference checks required • UK Security Clearance required
