📋 Description

• Own and communicate the strategic vision and narrative for the diabetic eye screening product • Deliver product roadmaps that grow market share and enter public, private, and international markets • Conduct product, technology, market, and competitor research • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and product value narrative • Deliver value iteratively through small, frequently releasable increments • Build customer and user relationships and represent their needs within the product team • Apply user-centred design to improve user, patient, and customer experiences • Organise and lead customer and user engagement and feedback sessions • Define and track product KPIs aligned to business-unit OKRs • Assess third-party solutions for value for money and strategic fit • Own, manage, and prioritise the product backlog • Manage demand intake, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and ready/done standards • Ensure scalable, quality, interoperable solutions are delivered on time • Coordinate releases and related communications • Manage internal and external stakeholder and customer relationships • Improve team ways of working, delivery predictability, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Create and maintain product collateral for communications, sales, marketing, and implementation teams • Track and improve product return on investment with finance and sales • Author business cases for executive audiences • Enable sales through product expertise, collateral, training, and pitch support • Assess, negotiate, and manage third-party solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced product manager with exceptional communication and influence skills • Proven SaaS product management experience with demonstrable value delivered • Experience delivering AI/data products • Experience working with AI to improve efficiency and with AI-enabled development teams • Experience across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery • Healthcare sector experience • Familiarity with product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha! • Experience scaling a product internationally • Exceptional written, in-person, and online communication and presentation skills • Self-starter and autonomous worker • User/customer-focused • Problem-solving and option-creation ability • Exceptional time-management and organisational skills • Adaptability and resilience • Degree-level education or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or technical disciplines would be advantageous, but no particular qualifications are mandatory • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting and reference checks • Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance
