📋 Description

• Drive iterative delivery of customer value by breaking initiatives into frequently releasable increments • Build trusted customer and user relationships and represent customer needs within the product team • Apply design thinking to map user, patient, and data journeys and improve usability • Lead customer and user engagement and feedback sessions • Monitor the domain, market trends, and competitors to inform prioritisation and product decisions • Define and track product KPIs aligned with business-unit OKRs • Assess third-party solutions with technical teams for value and strategic fit • Own, manage, and prioritise the product backlog • Manage the demand funnel and requirements and user-story documentation • Coordinate delivery of scalable, quality, interoperable solutions and releases • Manage release communications and readiness for customers and stakeholders • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers • Improve team ways of working, delivery predictability, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Create and maintain product collateral for communications, sales, marketing, and implementation teams • Track and improve product-team ROI with finance and sales • Support sales enablement, prospect pitches, go-to-market execution, and business cases

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced product owner with a strong delivery focus and customer-value orientation • Exceptional written, in-person, and online communication and presentation skills • Self-starter able to work autonomously • User- and customer-focused • Problem-solving and option-creation skills • Exceptional time-management and organisational skills • Adaptable and resilient in an ever-changing environment • Candidates must demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Role requires UK Security Clearance • Satisfactory vetting and reference checks required • Advantageous: proven SaaS product ownership with demonstrable customer-value delivery • Advantageous: experience delivering AI/data products and using AI with AI-enabled development teams • Advantageous: experience across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery • Advantageous: healthcare-sector experience • Advantageous: familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha! • Advantageous: experience scaling a product internationally • No particular qualifications are mandatory; degree level+ or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or a technical discipline would be advantageous
