📋 Description

• Break down initiatives into small, frequently releasable increments of value and assess outcomes with customers and stakeholders • Build trusted customer and user relationships and represent customer needs within the product team • Apply design thinking to map end-to-end user, patient, and data journeys and improve usability and experience • Lead customer and user engagement and feedback sessions • Monitor market trends and competitors to inform prioritisation and product decisions • Define and track product KPIs aligned with business-unit OKRs • Assess third-party solutions with technical teams for value for money and strategic fit • Own, manage, and prioritise the product backlog • Manage the demand funnel and prioritise new work entering the team • Sign off requirements and user-story documentation and coordinate acceptance criteria and ready/done standards • Ensure scalable, quality, interoperable solutions are delivered on time • Coordinate releases and associated communications • Manage internal and external stakeholder and customer relationships • Work with development leaders to improve delivery predictability, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Create and maintain product collateral for communications, sales, marketing, and implementation teams • Track and improve product-team return on investment with finance and sales • Support sales with product collateral, training, and prospect pitches • Support go-to-market execution for new features and products • Support creation of product-related business cases using costings, user analytics, and platform insights

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced product owner with a strong delivery focus and demonstrable customer-value delivery • Exceptional written, in-person, and online communication and presentation skills • Self-starter able to work autonomously • User- and customer-focused • Problem-solving and option-creation skills • Exceptional time-management and organisational skills • Adaptable and resilient to an ever-changing landscape • Proven SaaS product-owner experience • Experience delivering AI/data products is advantageous • Experience using AI to improve efficiency and working with an AI-enabled development team is advantageous • Experience across agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery is advantageous • Healthcare-sector experience is advantageous • Familiarity with product tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha! is advantageous • Experience scaling a product internationally is advantageous • No particular qualifications are mandatory; degree level or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or a technical discipline would be advantageous • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting and reference checks • Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance
